Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

We do not ask for card details on the website. Orders are paid by cash on delivery.

Couriers and service providers
We share the information needed to deliver your order with the courier service, such as your name, phone number, delivery address, parcel details and the amount payable.
We send order confirmation messages on WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta, to the mobile number you give at checkout. The message includes your name, order number and order total, and lets you confirm or cancel the order.
We also use hosting, email and technical service providers that process limited information to run the store.
We do not sell customer personal information.
Cookies, shopping sessions and advertising
The website uses essential session cookies to:
- Remember your shopping bag
- Support checkout
- Keep the website secure
- Remember necessary website preferences
We also use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to understand which of our ads lead to visits and orders and to show our ads to people who may be interested. When you use the website, Meta may receive:
- The pages you visit, and the products you view or add to your bag
- That an order was placed, with its products and total (not your name, address or phone number)
- Technical information such as your browser, device and IP address, and Meta cookies
Meta may link this with your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Private order pages are never shared with Meta.
Order links
Order confirmation emails contain a private order link. Anyone with that link can view information about the order, so keep it private and do not publish or forward it.
Product reviews
Only customers whose order has been delivered can review the products in that order. An approved review may show:
- The customer name from the order
- Star rating
- Review text
- Approved review photographs
- Verified-purchase status
Email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses are never shown with reviews. Please do not include private information in review text or photographs.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, keep business records and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect customer information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so please keep your order links private.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask for:
- Correction of inaccurate information
- A copy of the information we hold about you
- Removal from our newsletter
- Deletion of your information
- Removal of a review or review photograph
Some order, financial or security records may need to be kept where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Children’s information
Many of our products are for children, but orders should be placed by an adult. Please do not include photographs of children or unnecessary personal information in reviews.
