Snug & Sprout delivers to customers throughout Pakistan. Orders are paid by cash on delivery unless another payment arrangement is confirmed with you directly.
Delivery charges
In short: delivery is not included in your order total. You pay it separately, at our discounted courier rate, which is lower than the standard courier fee for the same parcel.
The delivery charge depends on:
- Your delivery location
- The total parcel weight
- The courier service available for your destination
Order processing
After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation with your private order link. Keep this link private because it shows information about your order.
We may contact you to:
- Confirm your order and delivery address
- Clarify a size or product selection
- Confirm dispatch information
Orders with incomplete or incorrect contact details may be delayed.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your city, product availability and the courier service. We share tracking information after dispatch.
Courier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our control may affect the delivery time.
Checking your parcel
Please check your parcel and products as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and keep the product, tags and packaging. See Returns & exchanges.
Address changes and unsuccessful delivery
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. We cannot guarantee an address change after the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Extra courier charges caused by an incorrect address, a refused parcel or a repeated delivery attempt may be payable by the customer.
